Yes. Please go to the required documents page and follow the instructions on how to fill out the form. Please note that all applicants must send this form to WES via postal mail. Before sending the form, ensure all the information is correct and legible.

Yes. Typically we only require the form. If you wish to send the electronic pin as well, please make sure it is taped to a larger paper so it is not misplaced.

3. I cannot obtain an electronic pin or scratch card. What should I do?

Please inform us in writing and we will ask WAEC or NECO to verify your documents through posted letter or email.

4. My graduation year cannot be verified using scratch cards. What should I do?
