For the fastest and most accurate assistance:

  1. Log in to your Account Portal.
  2. Click the Help widget in the lower‑right corner of your screen.
  3. Select Contact Us.

Submitting your inquiry through your account automatically links it to your WES Reference Number, allowing our team to respond more efficiently.

The online Contact Us form is available Monday–Friday.
It is unavailable on weekends when our customer service center is closed.

Sending Your Documents to WES

Important Information
  • Walk‑in service is not available.
  • All hard-copy paper documents must be sent by postal mail or express courier to our Global Documentation Centre.
  • Include your WES Reference Number on all envelopes and documents to prevent delays in processing.

Electronic Document Submission

NOTE: WES accepts electronic documents from an expanding list of institutions. If your institution does not yet have an approved method for sending digital documents to WES, please ask them to complete a Digital Partnership Form.
