If you are having problems paying by credit/debit card:
- Check with your credit card company to see if your payment is in progress.
- Make sure you have entered the correct billing address. This is the address associated with your credit/debit card.
- Be certain that the card security code is correct (this is the three-digit number in the back of your card).
- If you are making a payment by credit or debit card from outside of the United States or Canada, we suggest notifying your credit/debit card issuer. Notifying them before the payment can limit the possibility of a declined transaction.
