If your institution will not send your documents directly to WES, you can request that they send it to you in a sealed envelope. 

Applicants who studied in India are able to send a sealed envelope directly to WES. It must be signed or stamped by an appropriate governing body. 

Additionally, we accept electronic documents from a growing number of institutions. You can find out if your institution has a digital partnership with WES. If they do not, request that they submit a Digital Partnership Form to initiate one. This is the fastest and easiest way to send documents to WES.
