How do I know if WES received my documents?

You can check the delivery status of documents sent by courier using "Track My Package" in My Account.
 
If you submitted an application, you can also check the status of documents not sent by courier through "Account Timeline" in My Account once they have been reviewed by WES.
 
Please allow up to ten business days for the delivery status of these documents to be updated. After reviewing your documents, the evaluators will reach out directly regarding the receipt and/or acceptance of each individual document.
