WES sent my documents back to my institution for verification, but my school did not receive the verification request.

When our evaluators determine that verification is necessary in order to proceed with a report, they send emails and posted letters to the appropriate institutions. Our evaluators wait for the response. If they do not receive a response after seven business weeks, they will follow up with your institution.
